Salesforce Signs $6 Billion of Credit Agreements to Finance Informatica Deal

Salesforce has entered into two credit agreements totaling $6 billion to finance a portion of its acquisition of Informatica.

The software company entered into a 364-day credit agreement that gives it access to up to $4 billion, and a three-year credit agreement that allows it to borrow up to $2 billion, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Tuesday.
