Salesforce’s Marc Benioff joins Trump’s AI rebranding effort with SIForce

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff has a new favorite acronym. On October 10, 2026, he announced that the company’s AIForce agent platform will now be called SIForce.

The “SI” stands for Super Intelligence. That is the term the Trump administration now wants used in place of “Artificial Intelligence.”

The change applies only to the platform, not to Salesforce itself. The corporate name stays put, so nobody needs to update the stock ticker or the giant tower in San Francisco.
