Salesforce’s CEO Just Said AI Now Does Half of All Company Tasks

Mark Benioff is so bullish about AI that he made a dramatic pivot toward putting the new technology to work at Salesforce, the tech giant he co-founded in 1999. Earlier this year he made a bold proclamation about the future of AI, telling other CEOs that this may probably be the last time they manage a workforce comprised solely of human staff—he thinks the AI workforce is nearly here. In a recent interview, Benioff suggested the future has already arrived at his company. He said AI was already doing about 30 percent to 50 percent of all the work tasks at Salesforce.
