Salesforce announces first Middle East location, new product launches

Salesforce, the American cloud-based CRM company is making its way to the Middle East region with its first location set to open in Dubai this year. The company has also announced new product launches to strengthen further the services provided.

“It is a big day for us, probably the most important one. We have seen in five-six years, a huge growth in the market, not only in the UAE but also in the region so we decided to be closer to our customers to better serve them,” said Thierry Nicault, Area Vice President and General Manager, Salesforce Middle East to Arabian Business in an exclusive interview at the Salesforce World Tour Essentials Dubai event, on Thursday.
