A fired Salesforce employee can’t avoid arbitration for her gender discrimination claims because she didn’t plausibly allege sexual harassment and therefore didn’t trigger a law banning forced arbitration in such cases, a New York federal judge ruled.
Tricia Lane, a former Salesforce regional vice president, sued the company in 2025, alleging she was discriminated against based on her age, disability, and gender and fired when she complained about the treatment.
