This month, we will be looking at the tools different organizations use to manage volunteers. Volunteers for Salesforce (V4S) is an application that many use (made for Salesforce, and part of the NPSP) that allows for tracking volunteer jobs, shifts, and signups, as well as automated reminders and more. In addition, there are numerous other applications available for volunteer management. We will take turns sharing what we use and what we'd like to see to improve the tools we use.
