OVERVIEW
A large organization managing a high volume of client accounts needed a scalable way to store detailed customer information used by multiple internal teams. Rather than placing all data on the account record—where it would be broadly visible—the organization used specialized child records to keep team-specific details segmented. Fiduciary Tech automated the creation of these child records so every new client account was set up consistently with the right data structure and visibility model from day one.
THE CHALLENGE
Each client account required multiple related records to capture different categories of information used by different internal teams. Creating these child records manually for every account was time-consuming and led to inconsistent setup. More importantly, storing all details directly on the account record was not acceptable because it would expose sensitive or team-specific information to users who did not need access. The organization needed a repeatable approach that ensured the right records existed for every account while supporting restricted visibility based on who should see what.
