THE CHALLENGE
Onboarding users to Autodesk products such as BIM 360 and ACC was a slow, manual process. Adding a single user required more than ten clicks and repetitive navigation through multiple layers of the platform. With thousands of users across global projects, this created a major bottleneck. In fact, a full-time employee was required just to manage onboarding, turning what should have been a simple task into a resource-draining process.
