Salesforce Settles 401(k) Plan Fee Class Action on Day of Trial

Salesforce Inc. agreed to settle a 50,000-person class action challenging its 401(k) plan fees and investment options, announcing the deal on the day the case was scheduled to go to trial.

The parties are working to memorialize their agreement and plan to file details of the deal for court approval by July 10, they said in a notice filed Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
