Salesforce sets sight on a better environment with Net Zero Cloud

We recently brought you the news that Salesforce had made some huge moves in the world of agentic artificial intelligence (AI) by introducing Agentforce 3 and by updating its Trailhead platform to make sure that the world remains skilled enough to not get left behind in this new AI world. What we didn’t tell you at the time – because it deserves its own article – is the recent steps taken by the company to help the environment and its customers at the same time.

That takes the form of the upgraded Net Zero Cloud, a platform that is now integrated into Data Cloud that works alongside Agentforce towards sustainability. This sustainability isn’t just for the good of the planet and all on it, but also for compliance which is a legal necessity in some regions, to increase efficiency and ultimately to cut waste both literally as companies get by with less and metaphorically on the balance sheet.
