Salesforce's AI solution Agentforce handles over 1 million customer conversations

Salesforce's Help site has achieved a significant milestone, having serviced over 1 million customer conversations through its AI solution, Agentforce.

The Help site, which receives over 60 million visits and 2 million requests annually, has been utilising AI agents to provide 24/7 support since October 2024. This implementation has enabled the handling of routine queries, effectively reducing the workload for support teams by half.

Agentforce has demonstrated a high efficiency rate, resolving approximately 85% of support requests on Salesforce's Help site. Since January 2025, Salesforce has reported a 65% reduction in response time for 90% of its users. Additionally, the self-service portal has seen a 2% increase in traffic year-over-year, while support case volume has decreased by 5%. This suggests that more issues are being resolved before a formal case is opened.
