Salesforce reshapes business to highlight AI strategy

Salesforce CRM is changing how it presents its business, and it's very clearlyleaning into the AI narrative while doing it.
Starting in FY27, the company will reorganize its revenue into two main buckets that better reflect its “Agentic Enterprise” strategy. One side will be “Agentforce Apps,” which includes products like Sales Cloud, Slack, MuleSoft, and Tableau. The other will be “Data 360, Platform & Other,” grouping together the data and infrastructure layer that supports those apps.
