At their annual Dreamforce conference in San Francisco last week, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff Agentforce 360, the fourth edition of Agentforce.
Agentforce 360 is the foundation for enterprise-grade artificial intelligence (AI) agents, now featuring a new conversational builder, hybrid reasoning for greater control and accuracy, and voice capabilities, according to company officials. It incorporates Data 360, the unified data layer that gives every agent context.
