Salesforce is expanding its portfolio of pre-built artificial intelligence agents designed to reduce administrative workloads for healthcare payers, providers and public health organisations.
The company is working with health technology firms HealthEx, Verily and Viz.ai to integrate key datasets and automate tasks such as clinical intake, updates to electronic health records, hospital bed management and monitoring for infectious disease outbreaks. The six new AI agents build on Salesforce’s Agentforce Health platform, introduced last year as part of its broader push into agentic AI for patient access, clinical research and public health operations.
