Salesforce launches Japan Agentforce Voice with Kotoba technology

Salesforce Japan said on August 7 it had started general availability of the Japanese-language version of Agentforce Voice, a voice conversation function for its autonomous AI agent platform Agentforce, as the U.S. software company expands AI-based customer service tools in Japan.
