Salesforce Launches Agentforce 3

Since September 2024, Salesforce has focused much of its messaging and product roadmap on Agentforce and the digital labor capabilities of its AI agents. “Agentforce 3 is built to manage, measure and optimize AI agents deployed in a new hybrid workforce where humans and agents work side by side,” said Adam Evans, EVP & GM of Salesforce AI.
