Salesforce expands Philippine operations, deepens AI collaboration

Cloud-based software company Salesforce is expanding its presence in the Philippines, citing strong demand for artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and digital transformation among local enterprises.

The company, best known for its customer relationship management (CRM) platform, is preparing to establish a local entity “imminently,” said Salesforce Phili­ppines country leader Abraham “Abe” Cuevas, who called the market one of the largest and fastest-growing in Southeast Asia.
