Salesforce: Boring on the Surface, Dangerous to Ignore

Looking at the current state of the tech market, I see a fascinating disconnect between reality and sentiment. For the last year or so, the market has largely ignored Salesforce, treating it like a boring legacy company that has seen its best days. The stock is down significantly this year while the broader market has marched higher, and the narrative has been dominated by fears that artificial intelligence will disrupt its business model. But after going through the third-quarter earnings results, the updated guidance, and the deeper metrics regarding their new AI initiatives, I believe the market has this completely wrong. I view this pessimism not as a warning sign, but as a golden buying opportunity.
