Salesforce acquires BeyondCore after Gartner BI Summit

Salesforce has now acquired BeyondCore on August 15, 2016 for $110 million. Beyondcore is a data analytics company founded in 2004. Its headquarters is in San Mateo, California. The BeyondCore team will be working on Salesforce's Analytics Cloud. The acquisition comes shortly after BeyondCore built an integration into Salesforce. Statement from BeyondCore CEO, Arijit Sengupta, "At Salesforce, BeyondCore will be uniquely positioned to further magnify our impact on the world of analytics as part of the Analytics Cloud, extending smart data discovery and advanced analytics capabilities across the entire Salesforce Customer Success Platform."
