HeyWire another acquisition for Salesforce

The announcement was made by blog post from the HeyWire CEO, Meredith Flynn-Ripley. In the blog post HeyWire mentioned that "HeyWire will bring new communications to channel the Salesforce Service Cloud with fully integrated mobile messaging capabillities that enable companies to connect with their customers in entirely new ways." HeyWire and Salesforce will be able to do this with HeyWire's software that makes it easy for companies to deliver messages through a 1-800 line. The software will be implemented into Salesforce's Service Cloud once the transaction closes. Check out the news!
