Determining an agentic future - why Salesforce is evolving its AI thinking beyond the limitations of the LLM

There’s been an interesting evolution in some of the AI messaging from Salesforce around the role of Large Language Models (LLMs) in recent months as various senior execs have come out with some strong commentary indicative of not so much a rejection of LLMs - that would be to go too far - but at least a cautionary note about their limitations.
