CaixaBank taps Salesforce to enhance AI capabilities

Spanish banking group CaixaBank has teamed up with US-based customer relationship management software giant Salesforce as the bank looks to further its adoption of AI-powered solutions to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

As part of the collaboration, CaixaBank will leverage Salesforce's AI tools, including its Agentforce AI agents, to provide specialised support to customers across the bank's apps, chatbots, call centres, and branches. The tech will also assist employees by reducing the "workload of repetitive tasks", enabling them to focus on "more complex and value-added tasks such as personalised advice, among other functions", the bank explains.
