AI-driven holiday surge: Salesforce predicts record $334 billion in Cyber Week 2025 sales

Salesforce forecasts a record-breaking Cyber Week in 2025, projecting $334 billion in global online sales between November 27 and December 1.

According to the company’s new Shopping Index analysis, $73 billion of that total — 22 percent more than in 2024 — will be influenced by AI and agentic technologies.
