In 2016 when the Montana Conservation Corps (MCC) leadership sat down to create their five-year plan, they were coming off of a period of massive program growth. They decided to plateau their programs and invest in internal systems to support the recent and eventual future growth. One of those investments was a Salesforce instance to manage everything from project planning, member management, risk management incidents and more. Now they are able to run at-a-glance dashboards of their project accomplishments alongside development and risk management information.
We'll see a full demo of their Salesforce (+their recent COVID tracking dashboard) and hear why they've had so much success.

It's the proverbial catch-22: To gain a job, employers expect you to have experience. But how do you gain experience without a job? Toni will walk you through finding a sample Salesforce project (from current/past employment or using Trailhead) and which deliverables you can create to gain experience, add to your portfolio and showcase in interviews.
