As the top news radio station in the Puget Sound region, our client was experiencing growth in both their user base and donation systems. To support multiple donation platforms, they needed to centralize and easily summarize donations. By partnering with Fiduciary Tech, they aimed to overcome these challenges:

WHAT WE DID
We migrated data and existing processes from third-party software to Salesforce. We integrated new donation systems into Salesforce and implemented existing donor logic to manage donor membership cycles. Additionally, we used Case Management to track defects, user stories, and support tickets.
