OUR SOLUTION
We developed a custom email preference page embedded in all outgoing Marketing Cloud emails, enabling users to easily subscribe or unsubscribe. Additionally, we built real-time data synchronization between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to keep preferences up to date across systems.
