A leading supplier of wholesale imprintable clothing and accessories needed a better way to manage vendor relationships. Their processes for tracking vendor details, communications, and standard documents were manual and fragmented. THE CHALLENGE
Managing vendors involved multiple systems and manual effort, making it difficult to track contacts, agreements, and communications. Standard documents like MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs had to be manually prepared and sent, which was time-consuming and prone to inconsistencies.

OUR SOLUTION
We created custom Salesforce objects for vendors, vendor contacts, and vendor documents, allowing the client to centralize all vendor information. Standard document templates were automatically generated when a new vendor was created, ensuring contracts like MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and POs were consistently prepared. We also integrated Salesforce with Outlook, enabling sales reps to sync contacts, tasks, and events on demand, keeping communications and updates consolidated.
