A large enterprise in the education sector sought to expand its free cloud learning platform, making it accessible to learners and recruiters worldwide. They needed a single platform to manage course enrollment, language localization, student progression, and job matching—all while maintaining a seamless user experience across 12 languages.
THE CHALLENGE
The client’s existing workflow required manual application approvals, lacked comprehensive language and regional support, and provided limited visibility for learners and recruiters. There was no automated process to transition minors into full student accounts, and job opportunities were disconnected from the learning experience. The client needed a scalable, automated system that could handle global registrations, track progress, and connect qualified students with employers securely.
OUR SOLUTION
Fiduciary Tech developed a multilingual, Salesforce-powered registration and learning platform integrated with Canvas and tailored for both learners and recruiters.
We automated the entire registration workflow—including age and country validation, application approval, and minor-to-student conversion using scheduled Apex batch jobs. Course data was synced between Canvas and Salesforce, enabling real-time progress tracking and dynamic content visibility based on learner persona (new, returning, or minor).
We localized portal pages, forms, and emails across 12 languages and created an Emerging Talent Community (ETC) tab for advanced learners, providing curated professional growth content, skill-based recommendations, and reward-based progression. For recruiters, we implemented job posting, candidate search, and filtering by graduation date, field of study, and country—all within the same environment.
