Our customer is the Puget Sound region’s #1 radio station for news—an independent, nonprofit newsroom producing award-winning stories, podcasts, and events. They turned to Fiduciary Tech to upgrade their legacy donation system to a modern platform that integrates both donor and case management.
THE CHALLENGE
As the top news radio station in the Puget Sound region, our client was experiencing growth in both their user base and donation systems. To support multiple donation platforms, they needed to centralize and easily summarize donations. By partnering with Fiduciary Tech, they aimed to overcome these challenges:

OUR SOLUTION
We migrated data and existing processes from third-party software to Salesforce. We integrated new donation systems into Salesforce and implemented existing donor logic to manage donor membership cycles. Additionally, we used Case Management to track defects, user stories, and support tickets.
