
SKUID TO SALESFORCE LIGHTNING MIGRATION
OVERVIEW
A large enterprise relied on a Skuid-based portal to manage thousands of projects and reports. While Skuid enabled rapid prototyping with configuration-driven pages, it imposed limitations in flexibility, performance, and licensing costs. THE CHALLENGE
The client’s Skuid contract was ending, and they needed to migrate approximately 60 pages and 60 report templates to Salesforce Lightning before the deadline. Skuid’s configuration-based approach limited customization, and the portal required separate licenses, adding extra cost. With multiple teams across regions and limited time, the client needed a robust, scalable solution that ensured data integrity, improved performance, and fully leveraged their growing development resources.

Fiduciary Tech rebuilt the portal entirely in Salesforce Lightning using Apex and Lightning Web Components, replacing Skuid’s configuration-driven pages with fully custom, high-performance components.
