ETL FOR DATA INTEGRATION & VISUALIZATION ON AWS
OVERVIEW
A global customer needed to bring together data scattered across multiple systems into a single, trusted source of truth. Their teams relied on insights from Autodesk, Workato, Asana, and other platforms, but the data existed in different formats, time zones, and storage systems—making it difficult to analyze and use effectively. Fiduciary Tech designed and implemented robust ETL pipelines on AWS, delivering clean, unified, and visualized data that business users could rely on with minimal delays.
THE CHALLENGE
The client’s data lived everywhere—databases, APIs, and files in Amazon S3 buckets—all in inconsistent formats and naming conventions. This fragmentation made it difficult for teams to access, understand, and analyze information quickly. Without a centralized solution, decision-making was slowed, errors increased, and scaling the system for new data sources became inefficient. The client needed an automated, scalable, and reliable way to integrate their data and make it available for real-time business insights.

OUR SOLUTION
Fiduciary Tech built end-to-end ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines powered by AWS:
• Extracted raw data from Autodesk, Workato, Workdocs, Asana, and external Amazon S3 sources.
• Transformed the raw data into clean, structured datasets using AWS Glue jobs, and stored the results in Amazon S3.
• Loaded data via AWS Glue Crawlers into Amazon Athena for ad hoc querying, or into Amazon Redshift for enterprise-scale analytics.
• Enabled rich, interactive dashboards by visualizing the integrated data in Amazon QuickSight.
All ETL pipelines were automated and deployed with AWS CDK and CodePipeline, ensuring a scalable and reusable architecture across multiple environments.
