Fiduciary Tech designed a template-driven checklist system embedded directly into the client’s core platform.
Teams could dynamically assemble the appropriate checklist for each project by selecting relevant templates based on factors such as project type and location. Conditional logic ensured only applicable questions appeared, while role-based assignment and progress tracking provided clear visibility into ownership and completion status.
The solution was initially implemented using a low-code UI framework (Skuid) and later modernized into a Lightning Web Component (LWC) based experience, ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability.
