By intentionally exposing only approved objects and fields—using configurable metadata to exclude sensitive or restricted information by default—we enabled downstream teams to subscribe to and report on trusted data independently. This was achieved without impacting Salesforce performance or incurring additional licensing costs. The solution balanced governance, flexibility, and scalability while supporting multiple data refresh cadences based on business needs.
