Fiduciary Tech partnered with a multinational client to design and deliver a centralized, AWS-powered platform that unifies incident reporting, assessment, recovery, and post-event analysis—ensuring faster responses, stronger compliance, and global visibility.
THE CHALLENGE
The client relied on 4–5 disconnected applications to manage incident lifecycles, with each region or function using separate workflows. Critical functions—ranging from disaster recovery and incident investigations to facility assessments, risk evaluations, and process improvements—were managed in disconnected silos. This fragmentation slowed down critical response times, created compliance risks, and limited global visibility. Legacy platforms and manual processes further made it difficult to achieve consistency, auditability, and real-time oversight across the enterprise.

OUR SOLUTION

We built a centralized global incident management platform that consolidates all stages of the incident lifecycle. Each case is automatically assigned a unique ID, intelligently routed to the right operational teams, and tracked through recovery and improvement actions. A custom UI layer, Cloudscape, delivers a modern, intuitive experience for users worldwide, while AWS S3 provides secure, scalable data storage and AWS Location Services enables real-time mapping and geolocation for coordinated responses across sites.
