OUR SOLUTION
Fiduciary Tech developed an email-based bulk ingestion system that allowed users to submit structured CSV files directly into Salesforce. Each file was parsed line by line and loaded into staging records, where validations ensured data completeness and integrity before record creation.
Rather than failing entire uploads due to isolated issues, invalid records were flagged with clear error messages while valid records were immediately converted into live project and child records. Users could correct individual errors directly in Salesforce and reprocess only the failed records—eliminating the need to resubmit entire files.
