
TRUSTED BI DASHBOARD FOR WORKFORCE EDUCATION
OVERVIEW
A global enterprise needed a reliable way to measure the performance of its workforce education program. Previous dashboards contained inconsistent metrics and unreliable data, creating confusion for leadership and frustration for staff. We built a new business intelligence dashboard powered by AWS, delivering accurate, trusted, and self-service reporting that reduces manual effort and supports better decision-making.
THE CHALLENGE
The client had inherited a large, undocumented database with outdated metric definitions and dashboards that were no longer trusted. Because existing dashboards were inaccurate and incomplete, staff regularly submitted manual data requests—creating a steady backlog of reporting tickets each week. OUR SOLUTION
We partnered with the client’s internal teams to define new, reliable KPI definitions—covering eligibility, participation, education progression, and job transitions. Our BI team built automated ETL pipelines to ingest and process data, added monitoring and alarms to ensure reliability, and created testing environments for safer releases. The centerpiece was a modern AWS QuickSight dashboard that delivers accurate, easy-to-use insights for program leaders and HR teams, drastically reducing the need for manual reporting.
