OVERVIEW
A large retail distributor needed a streamlined way for their compliance team to collect and manage annual agreements from factories and suppliers. Previously, the process was fully manual, time-consuming, and prone to errors. We implemented an automated solution using Adobe Sign within Salesforce, enabling e-signatures, data capture, and document management—turning a time-consuming process into a fully automated workflow.
THE CHALLENGE
The compliance team had to manually gather factory and supplier information, populate lengthy documents, and send them out for signatures. After receiving the signed documents, staff had to manually extract key data points and attach the documents to Salesforce records. With over 200 fields in some agreements, the process was cumbersome, error-prone, and difficult to scale.

OUR SOLUTION
We configured Adobe Sign’s managed package within Salesforce to automate document preparation, distribution, and data capture. Factory and supplier information is automatically merged into documents, which are then sent for e-signature. Survey responses and updated information from signed documents are automatically captured back into Salesforce. This fully automated workflow eliminated manual data entry, reduced errors, and allowed the compliance team to focus on higher-value tasks.
