A multinational enterprise with millions of business accounts and thousands of sales representatives needed a more efficient way to manage customer relationships across a dozen marketplaces. We delivered a highly customized Salesforce solution with AI integrations that streamlined workflows, improved visibility into complex account hierarchies, and automated time-intensive tasks—results significant enough to be demoed directly to the CEO.
THE CHALLENGE
Sales representatives were juggling hundreds of accounts, from small businesses to global enterprises and governments, across multiple regions. Existing tools lacked the visibility and automation required to coordinate efforts across accounts, leading to fragmented workflows and inefficient manual processes like multi-hour call documentation, delayed follow-ups, and missed opportunities. Leadership needed a solution that scaled globally while improving efficiency and accountability.
OUR SOLUTION

We implemented a tailored Salesforce CRM platform designed for large-scale account management. Custom account hierarchy views gave reps visibility into global enterprises and their regional branches. We deployed Salesforce Sales Engagement for High Velocity Sales (HVS) to automate outreach sequences, reminders, and follow-ups. Most importantly, we integrated SmartAssist, an AI-powered tool that records and transcribes long meetings, generates tailored internal summaries and client-facing follow-ups, and automatically extracts Voice of Customer insights. Compliments and complaints are logged instantly, and issues automatically generate tickets—giving leadership real-time visibility into customer sentiment. These capabilities freed sales reps from repetitive administrative tasks and elevated the entire sales organization’s efficiency.
