Seattle’s Tableau, owned by Salesforce, to shed its onetime HQ in Fremont

Tableau, a data visualization software firm, will bid farewell to its onetime headquarters in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood as its owner for five years decided not to renew the lease this month.

San-Francisco-based Salesforce, a cloud-based sales software company that acquired Tableau for $15.7 billion in 2019, confirmed that it will shed its more than 110,000-square-foot lease at 837 N. 34th St. at the end of August.
