Salesforce To Make Working From Home A Permanent Option

Salesforce is the latest Silicon Valley company to make working from home a permanent option. Reps with the San Francisco cloud-based software giant say they polled employees to see if they would rather continue working from home, rather than going back to the office when it’s safe to do so. The answer was an overwhelming “yes.” However, some employees prefer a “flex” schedule that would allow them to come into the office a couple times a week. Salesforce is not only SF’s tallest building, but is also the city’s largest private employer.
