Salesforce Projects Revenue Showing Continued Strong Growth

Salesforce.com Inc. gave a quarterly revenue forecast that topped Wall Street estimates, signaling that the market leader in customer-relations software will continue to see rapid growth. Sales will be $3.94 billion to $3.95 billion in the period ending in July, the San Francisco-based company said Tuesday in a statement. On average, analysts projected $3.94 billion, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. The company also raised its revenue projections for the fiscal year to $16.1 billion to $16.3 billion, an increase of 23% at the high end. Analysts estimated $16.1 billion.
