Salesforce Prices Going Up on Cloud, Slack Platforms

Salesforce prices are going up.

Mandated Agentforce bundling also is kicking in as Salesforce touts AI as “a strategic imperative.”

This week, the CRM vendor wrote in a blog that it’s increasing the costs of Enterprise and Unlimited Editions of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and select Industries Clouds. Expect an average 6% increase in those costs. Salesforce said there are no planned changes for pricing for Salesforce Foundations, Starter or Pro Editions.
