Salesforce Launches Agentforce for Financial Services

Salesforce on Wednesday launched Agentforce for Financial Services, which will allow financial services users to automate routine front-office tasks—like loan recommendations, client meeting preparation and service requests—using agentic AI. The company positions the tool as a response to two of the financial service industry’s most urgent challenges: rising client expectations and a shrinking workforce.
